Anne Faé has created her own method from everything she has studied, experienced and discovered throughout her own journey as well as her journey as a Horsemanship Trainer, Horse-Assisted Coach, student of Horse Psychology and Reiki Master, together with the wisdom gained from living closely with her own herd.
Sometimes you know that something needs to change, but you cannot reach it through your conscious mind alone. You may understand your patterns and still find yourself reacting in the same ways, holding on to the same things, or feeling disconnected from what you truly need.
This is where the deeper work begin. Because everything we experience and carry within us is energy & and what remains beneath our conscious awareness can continue to shape how we feel, respond and move through life. The nervous system can hold patterns long after the mind has understood them. Horses naturally respond to these subtle shifts in emotion, intention, breathing, body language and energy, often reflecting something before you consciously recognise it yourself.
Together with Reiki, they create a quiet and honest space where the subconscious can begin to reveal what is ready to be seen. What you have been holding can come into awareness, not to be fixed or judged, but to be felt, understood and integrated. Often, the parts of ourselves we hide, suppress or try to push away hold some of our greatest power. When we bring them into awareness and integrate them into the system, what once felt like something to overcome can become a source of strength, freedom and deeper connection to who you truly are.
During the session, your body can begin to experience another possibility: more safety, more space, a different response. And this is where transformation can begin.
You may notice the shift not only during the session, but afterwards in your everyday life; in the way you respond, the boundaries you set, the choices you make, or the way you move through situations that once felt difficult.
Because the intention is not to create a beautiful experience that stays inside the session. It is to create an experience that becomes part of how you live.
Nothing is forced. Your nervous system leads the way, at its own pace and according to what you are ready to explore, release, receive and embody.
After the session, Faé shares what she felt in your energy field, what the horses reflected and what she observed within your nervous system, connecting these insights to what may be happening beneath the surface and how it may be manifesting in your life. You are not here to be fixed. The session gives you the space to explore what is ready to be seen, released, received, understood and embodied, at your own pace.
Together, these observations can offer another perspective on what may be happening beneath the surface and how it may be showing up in your everyday life.

When two people enter an energy healing session together, they don’t just bring themselves. They bring the shared field between them.
In a couple session, both individuals are present in the same energetic space at the same time. This allows patterns, emotions, and unspoken dynamics to naturally surface, not through words, but through energy. What might stay hidden in individual sessions can gently reveal itself when both fields interact.
Healing together can be powerful because:
It creates a space of mutual awareness, where both partners can feel what is present between them.
Energetic imbalances in the relationship can shift in real time, instead of separately.
It supports deeper connection, as both nervous systems begin to regulate together.
It allows each person to be seen and felt without needing to explain everything.
Often, there is a subtle “third field” -the relationship itself. Working within this shared field can bring clarity, release tension, and restore a sense of harmony. Especially in intuitive or horse-assisted energy work, the field becomes even more visible. Horses, for example, respond directly to what is authentic in the moment. They reflect the connection, distance, or alignment between two people without judgment.

The mother feels it first: I don’t have to hold everything & the child feels it next: I am safe on my own.
Then the horses step in: quiet, precise, undeniable. They reflect only truth. No stories, no projections. And in their presence, masks fall away almost instantly. What remains is raw and real: A child discovering inner ground. A mother stepping back into trust. No teaching or controlling. Just a field that reorganizes everything. People don’t expect it to be this direct. This clear. This… undeniable. But once it happens, it’s felt.

Through in intuitive horse communication, trust-based training João guides you to become the kind of person a horse chooses to be with. He translates between worlds, horse and human, body and soul while using a deep, intuitive language. Each session unfolds uniquely, because every horse–human relationship is unique. We believe horses should be allowed to express themselves, fully and without fear. His work is centered around body language, communication, and truly understanding the subtle language of these magnificent animals.
For João, a „no” from a horse is not a problem, it’s a way to start a real conversation. Their reactions, their feedback, expressions and their choices are all welcome because thats how horses communicate and João will teach how to read the meaning, horse language and a way of special communication. João values honesty, patience, and fairness. True partnership starts when both horse and human feel safe, seen, and respected and when communication flows both ways. A session will be 1 hour.
When a horse gently breathes its warm breath onto the face of a small child, something happens that words can hardly describe. In that moment, two souls meet, curious, open, pure. Horses sense who we truly are. With babies and young children, they feel: Here is a being still living fully in the now. No masks. No rush. And that touches the horse.
Children, especially the very young, carry a natural softness. They don’t judge. They don’t seek control. They are simply present. Just like the horse. And it’s in that shared stillness that a deep connection is born, a kind of trust that isn’t taught, but deeply felt.
